Blue Gum Forest walk is an experience of history and mile stones. This river junction marks the beginning of the Blue Mountains National Park in 1932 and is the site of the amazing ancient Blue Gums of the Grose Valley.
This walk is hard fitness with very steep 2500ft descents and ascents over rough track with multiple exits and entries dependant on the length of your guided tour. Please note that you will need a high level of fitness and agility to complete this 12km hike.
The walk is a photographers wonder land as you look up to see superb escarpments and waterfalls and trek through rainforest gullies and open eucalypt woodlands.
This tour enters remote wilderness and requires you to bring your own wet weather gear and suitable foot wear.
We supply bottled water, lunch and Park fees as well as transfers to and from your local accommodation.
